I baked pretzel sticks using this recipe for Almost-Famous Soft Pretzels and this for the cinnamon sugar topping. It is my co-worker’s birthday so I said I’d bake her something. She said she prefers bread items over sweet items so I thought these soft pretzels would be a great alternative. Her name is “IDA” so I made her name in pretzels!
